Ebooks
Maybe my favorite marriage of copy and creative? Ebooks are a great opportunity for me to deliver more in-depth information within a really engaging format. They're perfect for data-led stories.

Data as a Differentiator: How Retail Banks Are Rethinking the Customer Experience
The banking vertical has a variety of unique needs. To help address them, Microsoft built out a specialized SaaS product just for them: Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services.
Microsoft tapped me to help out with this launch by writing an ebook focusing on how retail banks are using data to create better customer experiences. This involved several in-depth interviews with SMEs in order to fully capture the particularities of the banking industry. You can read the whole ebook here.

Becoming Product Led
I got to work with Pendo for several months to help them launch their 2019 Product Led campaign. This was one of the cornerstone assets I created. Written for product managers, but useful for just about any person who cares about good products, this ebook breaks down what a product-led approach means, how orgs can benefit, and what it takes to apply it to their day to day.
This became one of Pendo's most downloaded resources for 2019. You can check it out here.

Patient Takeaway
Coinciding with their website relaunch, BCI asked me to rewrite their patient takeaway to match the clarity and personality of their new brand.

You found a great tool that will benefit your company. You're just not sure how to convince your boss it's worth the investment. I conceived and wrote up this 35-page ebook to tackle this common problem. It goes over the benefits of Power BI, while also anticipating objections and providing useful talking points.

5 Benefits Excel Users Will Get From Using Power BI
Excel is one of the most popular tools in the world. However, a lot of users don't realize how well Excel and Power BI work together. I got to get a little more technical in this webinar as I explained some exciting ways these tools pair. It included 48 slides, as well as a script.

State of Product Leadership: UK
Pendo had a lot of success with their first annual State of Product Leadership report, a survey of product managers, chief product offers, and other product people around the US. So, as they were launching their first UK office, they wanted to recreate that success across the pond. Pendo gave me a bunch of new data and asked me to go through it and parse out some key findings. Turned out, UK product people loved it just as much as their American counterparts.
