Website Copy
A lot can be expected of the humble website, which is why I'm always trying to come up with copy that isn't just compelling — but also stands out. Let's keep your users from reading the same boring headlines all the time.
QUANTINUUM
Quantinuum Website Refresh
Quantinuum doesn't want you to just think of quantum computing as tomorrow's technology. It's also solving a lot of real-world solutions today. As part of a broader brand refresh, I got to help them better communicate this message while also making their core strengths clearer to a broader audience. This involved not only thinking through their messaging, but also providing them with recommendations to improve CTAs, add sections, and otherwise polish up their presentation.
This was a fun project that let me get my hands dirty with what promises to be one of thße industry's big players in years to come.

Bloomfilter Website Refresh
Bloomfilter makes the kind of product everyone needs but may not realize it at first. After all, improving how you work requires you to recognize that there's room for improvement in the first place. For this website refresh, my task was to both help communicate this concept, while also breaking down Bloomfilter's many capabilities in an easy to understand way.
Working with the wonderful people over at Handbook, we came up with a modular system that could mix and match different features, personas, and modules in order to show how everything fit together into a cohesive whole. The result, I think, speaks for itself.

Brand Awareness Campaign
When Cloudera refreshed their brand, they kicked their campaign off with a commercial that aired during the 2021 Masters. This commercial directed viewers to a landing page, where I got to have some fun with their new branding. In order to keep viewers engaged, I wrote out a quiz that would divide them up between business and technical users, then created two separate pages highlighting how Cloudera can help them.
Check out the website here.

Columbia Surgery Website Refresh
Columbia's surgical division wanted a website that could serve as a comprehensive resource for both patients and the larger public. This has involved extensive rewrites and reconceptions of entire sections, including both detailed medical pages and marketing content for Columbia's services.
This is an ongoing project. So far, I've completed over a hundred separate pages.

Weavers Grove
Like many places in the U.S., Chapel Hill is experiencing a housing crisis. Those who need homes the most can't afford them. Habitat's proposal for the Weavers Grove community would help change this by building 219 homes and apartments on a 32-acre lot. To help address potential concerns, answer community questions, and convince the larger public of the need of Habitat's work, I wrote out this website.
This was one of my most rewarding projects. Habitat's work is ongoing, but you can check on the progress here.

Website Rewrite
BCI has a great product that serves an important need, so they wanted a website that could help get the word out. I took their older copy, which was aimed at a more technical audience, and rewrote it for three different personas: patients, supporters, and providers. This created clear pathways for visitors to learn about BCI.
